Ordering with Love Vintage Beads is quick and easy. Browse the product categories or use the Search button above to quickly find an item by its description. 

If you are unfamiliar with on-line shopping, we hope this guide will be useful to you.

Follow these steps to using our online shop:

1. Click on Products at the top of the page to view all the product categories. These are sorted by colour or product type. For your convenience, if a product fulfills more than one category description, it will appear in more than one category. For example, a blue crystal vintage bead will be listed in the Blue Vintage category and the Vintage Crystal category. The product name, image, description and price are all visible in the individual category listings. Click on an item name or image to view additional information. From this page you can click on the product image to view a larger version of it. You can also place the desired quantity of the product in the quantity box which is set to this [x1]. Simply type over the digit if you require more than one and add it to the shopping basket.
2.When you have added an item to your basket, an ‘Update’ button will appear on the Shopping basket page. To change the quantity of an item, enter the new total quantity you would like to order and click on the ‘Update’ button. It is important to click this button every time you change the quantity of an item to ensure that the total costs are adjusted accordingly.
3. If you would like to shop for more products, click on ‘Continue Shopping’ and you will return to the previous product page. To carry on shopping within the same category, for example: ‘Pink Vintage’, click on this category in the ‘bread-crumb trail’ which is a small sub-heading and shows the history of the pages you have viewed. It allows you to navigate to and from these pages. If  you click on ‘All Products’ at the beginning of the trail, you will return to the full product menu. You can also return to the full menu at any time by clicking on ‘Products’ in the navigation menu at the top of every page.
4. To review your chosen items at any time, click on ‘Shopping basket’ at the top of the page. To completely remove an item from your basket, simply click on delete - shown with an [x] - in the corresponding column on the far right of the screen.
5. When you have finished shopping, make sure you are in the Shopping basket area, review your items and then click on ‘Go to checkout’ or ‘PayPal’. You can also send your order over the internet and then pay by phone. Just send us an e-mail (use the ‘Contact Us’ button at the top of the page) with your request and your phone number, or call us direct on 020 8455 0138.
6. Once you have been guided through the check-out process and entered your billing information, you will receive two e-mails. One is from Love Vintage Beads, confirming your order and the other is from our secure payment provider, confirming your transaction request.
7. Once payment has been received, a dispatch confirmation will be emailed to you. This is the confirmation of your order and notification that the transaction has been fulfilled successfully.
