Purple Givre Bead 14mm This is actually a blue glass bead with white and pink glass swirling through. This technique is known as Givre and mixing these colours together makes the bead look lilac or mauve. Each one is different. Probably West German, 1950s. Hole: top to bottom. A sort-of diamond shape, at it's widest points it measures 14x12mm.
